ABOUT TEACHING TO GIVE

Inspired to take action after witnessing the educational gap created by the COVID-19 pandemic, Teaching to Give is a student-led organization that offers pupils in K-8th Grade free education and tutoring services in various subjects ranging from academics to the arts. We at Teaching to Give wish to serve the community by providing a more convenient option for students to get the educational help they need by using our experience as high school students to provide individualized online learning sessions to help kids get a head start or simply reach their full potential. Additionally, we strive to produce a new line of leaders who constantly strive to better the community around them by utilizing proceeds from our fundraisers to provide resources for underprivileged children in our local Houston community.
