HOW TUTORING WORKS

First Time Students: Book a class in your desired subject(s) with a tutor under the Book Online tab. This session will be used to get to know you and your needs. At the end of the session, the tutor will offer their input on constructing an individualized learning path to meet your goals.

If you are looking for one-time aid, book a session with the tutor of your choice and let us know what specific help you would like in the booking submission. We look forward to working with you!

Booking Information: Teaching to Give offers individual lessons for students needing one-time, occasional, or weekly assistance. Individual sessions can be booked up to two weeks in advance. All classes are 30 minutes long with the exception of 45-minute long art classes.

Teaching to Give's tutoring sessions take place through Zoom. Upon booking, your tutor will email you with a Zoom link and meeting information. If you require technical assistance, shoot us an email and we will offer solutions.

Attendance Policies: Lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If the student is more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be. Tutors may extend the class to the full duration at their discretion if the student is less than 10 min late.
